There’s something special about starting fresh, a blank page, a clean desk, a quiet moment before the day begins. That feeling of possibility is exactly what inspired the rebrand from Ink Planet Studio to The Planner Bureau.
The Planner Bureau isn’t just a new name. It’s the next evolution of everything I’ve learned about planning, creativity and balance.
It’s where function meets aesthetic and where planning feels less like pressure — and more like peace.
Why the Change?
Ink Planet Studio began as a small creative project, one born from my love of paper, organisation and design. Over time, it grew into something beautiful. But as my brand developed, so did I.
I wanted to create something that felt more intentional, calm, minimal and timeless. Something that reflected not just what I create, but why I create it.
That’s how The Planner Bureau came to life, a space that celebrates mindful planning, quiet moments and the beauty of structure.
The Meaning Behind The Planner Bureau
The word Bureau carries so much charm, it brings to mind an elegant desk, drawers full of stationery and the quiet focus of getting things done.
That’s exactly the energy I wanted this brand to embody: a grounded, creative workspace where ideas are brought to life one page at a time.
The Planner Bureau is for people who want their planners to work for them, not the other way around. It’s for the thinkers, the dreamers, the doers and the everyday planners who believe beauty belongs in the details.
A Fresh Look and Feel
Rebranding gave me the chance to redefine the visual identity too — introducing a new colour story and design language that feels more me.
Our palette:
🩸 Deep Burgundy — warmth, intention and quiet strength
☁️ Oyster White — calm, simplicity and clarity
🌰 Putty Taupe — soft structure and grounding balance
🖤 Ink Black — focus, contrast and timelessness
🌹 Rusty Red — the touch of life, passion and creativity
